Despite the care we take with our products and the dispatch of our orders, it may be that a product received does not suit you.
30 day return period
In the case of a defective product, an error during the shipment of the order, or a product that does not bring you complete satisfaction, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Beyond this period, no returns will be accepted.
To get a refund or make an exchange, simply send us an email at email@example.com indicating:
- Your order number,
- the returned item,
- The reason for return.
Once the return has been accepted, you are notified by e-mail and you can proceed with the return.
In case of defective product or error during the shipment of your order, them shipping costs will be refunded to you up to the amount including tax indicated in your invoice.
For any other reason, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Damaged or incomplete items cannot be returned.
